Bliss Boogie · 2027

A year of connection, practice & adventure.

Bliss Boogie is creating more ways to gather throughout the year. Some are playful. Some invite deeper conversation. Some give us a place to practice the skills of being in relationship. Others give us an entire weekend to learn, explore, rest, move, and experience something new.

Create spaces where people can feel welcome, become familiar, practice being more authentic, and leave feeling a little more alive than when they arrived.

Three ways in, and none of them ask you to perform.

01

Pause & Play

Play first. Connection follows.

Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped playing and started performing.

Meeting new people became something to navigate instead of something to enjoy. We worry about saying the right thing, making a good impression, or fitting in before we’ve even had the chance to relax.

Pause & Play is an invitation to do something different.

Each gathering begins by slowing down. Through light movement, simple grounding practices, and playful experiences, we create a space where people can settle into themselves before connecting with others.

Throughout the gathering, you’ll move through games, creative activities, partner experiences, and conversations designed to spark curiosity, laughter, and genuine interaction.

There are no awkward networking circles and no expectation to perform. Every activity is an invitation, never a requirement.

Whether you’re new to the community, hoping to meet more people, or simply craving a different kind of social experience, Pause & Play is a reminder that meaningful connection can begin with something beautifully simple:

Play first. Connection follows.

Beyond Small Talk

Conversations that matter.

We believe everyone has a story worth hearing.

Yet so many conversations never make it beyond “What do you do?” or “How’s your week been?”

Read the full description

Beyond Small Talk is a guided conversation experience designed to help people move gently into deeper, more meaningful connection without pressure or forced vulnerability.

Each gathering explores a different part of being human—belonging, courage, joy, desire, grief, curiosity, relationships, purpose, and more.

Through thoughtfully crafted prompts, partner conversations, and small-group discussions, participants are invited to explore ideas that often stay beneath the surface of everyday conversation.

You never have to share more than you want to. Listening is just as valuable as speaking.

Beyond Small Talk isn’t about finding the perfect answers.

It’s about discovering what becomes possible when we create enough safety to ask better questions.

Practice Lab

Learn less. Practice more.

Most of us already know what healthy relationships are supposed to look like.

The challenge isn’t always information. It’s practice.

Read the full description

Practice Lab is an experiential gathering where we explore the skills that help us create healthier relationships—with ourselves and with one another.

Each gathering focuses on a particular skill or theme, such as boundaries, receiving, expressing needs, navigating conflict, repairing after misunderstandings, listening deeply, giving feedback, asking for support, or cultivating presence.

Rather than sitting through a lecture, participants engage in simple guided exercises that allow these skills to be experienced in real time.

Every practice includes clear agreements, optional participation, and respect for individual comfort and boundaries.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s becoming more aware of ourselves and having a place to experiment, reflect, and try again.

Because relationships aren’t something we master.

Summit experiences

Two Summits in 2027.

Bliss Boogie Summit brings teachers, practitioners, and community together to explore what it means to live with greater presence, capacity, connection, and aliveness. In 2027, that becomes both a focused educational evening and a larger experiential weekend.

Times, locations, pricing and registration for each 2027 gathering are being confirmed — join the list and we’ll send details as each one opens.

Come for an event. Become part of a community.

You don’t need to know anyone before you arrive.

You don’t need to be outgoing, experienced, partnered, or particularly good at meeting new people.

Bliss Boogie is an experiment in what happens when we create spaces intentionally enough for strangers to become familiar, familiar faces to become community, and all of us to practice showing up a little more fully as ourselves.

Come play. Come practice. Come explore.
