Tantra Yoga for Individuals
“The real work you have to do is in the privacy of your own heart.”
— Ram Dass
Session Format
Private Tantra Yoga sessions are tailored to your personal path of self-awareness, embodiment, and growth. Each session unfolds through three integrated phases: Awareness, Embodiment, and Integration.
We begin with a grounded check-in, exploring what is present for you physically, emotionally, and mentally. From there, Kai introduces supportive concepts and frameworks to deepen insight and awareness.
Next, we move into embodied practice, using breath, mindful movement, and somatic techniques to help these insights take root in the body. This stage builds presence, regulation, and connection with your internal experience.
Finally, we work with deeper patterns related to sensation, pleasure, and nervous system responses. This phase supports the release of habitual tension and the development of new, healthier ways of relating to your body, boundaries, and vitality. The process is gentle, restorative, and paced to your comfort.
You are guided throughout by Kai’s 20+ years of experience in body-based healing and tantric practice. Each session is an invitation to integrate awareness, expand capacity, and come home to yourself.
