Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 30, 2026.
Welcome! These terms describe what we offer and what we do not, how booking and payment work, and what you and we each agree to. Please read section 4 and section 11 closely — they cover the nature of this work and the risks that come with it.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Bliss Boogie Production, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as Bliss Boogie ("Bliss Boogie," "we," "us," "our").
They apply when you use blissboogie.com, book or attend a session, apply for or hold a membership, enroll in a mentorship or training program, or contact us through this site.
By using this site or booking with us, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
2. What these terms do not cover
Festival and Summit tickets. Tickets to the Bliss Boogie Festival and the Bliss Boogie Summit are sold on a separate website operated by our event partnes. When you buy a ticket there, your contract is with that seller, on their terms, and your payment details and buyer information are held in their systems rather than ours. Their terms, refund policy, and privacy policy govern that purchase. Questions about a ticket, a refund, a receipt, or a payment for the event should go to the seller you bought it from.
Event participation. Attending the Festival or Summit is also governed by that event's Code of Ethics and its Participant Release and Waiver of Liability, which you agree to when you register. Those apply to the event in addition to these terms.
Outside platforms. We use third-party services to run scheduling, payments, email, and chat. Their own terms govern your use of them. See section 16.
3. This is an adults-only practice
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, book a session, hold a membership, or attend an event. Some of what we teach, write, and discuss is sexually explicit and intended for adults.
We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18. If we learn that someone is under 18, we will cancel the booking, close the account, and refund any amount paid for services not yet provided.
4. What we provide, and what we do not
Please read this section carefully. Bliss Boogie offers two different kinds of work, and they are deliberately kept separate.
Therapeutic bodywork and massage. Provided by Kai Baylis, a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in North Carolina (LMBT #9699), practicing under the rules of the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy. These sessions follow professional standards for draping, consent, and scope of practice.
Tantra yoga, mentorship, and membership education. This is somatic and relational education. It is not massage therapy, not psychotherapy or counseling, not sex therapy, and not medical care. It is not provided under a health care license, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
The two are not combined. Tantric practice is not incorporated into a massage session, and massage is not part of a tantra yoga session. In Kai's words: happy endings are not part of either practice.
No sexual services. Bliss Boogie does not offer, sell, arrange, or facilitate sexual services of any kind. Any request for one ends the session immediately, the full fee is retained, and we will not rebook you.
No medical claims. Nothing we offer — including sessions involving the Energy Enhancement System, breathwork, Reiki, reflexology, colorpuncture, binaural beats, the Richway Biomat, or any other modality described on this site — is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. None of the statements on this site have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Please keep working with your physician or licensed provider, and speak with them before beginning anything new. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment because of anything you read here or hear in a session. If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
No guaranteed results. Bodies, relationships, and nervous systems are individual. We describe what this work is designed to support. We do not promise a particular outcome from any session, membership, or program.
5. Booking, payment, and cancellation
Booking. Sessions are by appointment, and the calendar is often booked out several weeks. Booking runs through our scheduling platform. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from that platform, not when you submit a request.
Prices. The price shown on the booking page for your appointment type at the time you book is the price that applies. Prices described elsewhere on this site are illustrative and may change; they are not an offer.
Deposits. Some session types require a deposit to reserve the time. Where a deposit applies, the amount and whether it is refundable are stated on the booking page before you pay and again in your confirmation. A deposit that is non-refundable is still transferable to a rescheduled session, as long as you reschedule within the notice period below.
Payment. The balance is due at the session unless the booking page says otherwise. Accepted payment methods are shown when you book.
Cancellation and rescheduling. Each appointment type has its own cancellation notice period, and it is shown on the booking page and repeated in your confirmation email. Please cancel or reschedule at least that far ahead. Cancellations and changes inside the notice period may be charged the fee stated for that appointment type, and a non-refundable deposit may be forfeited.
No-shows. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the session is charged in full.
Late arrival. Your session ends at its scheduled time, so the person after you is not kept waiting. If you arrive late we will make the best use of the time remaining, and the full fee applies.
If we cancel. If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may take a rescheduled appointment or a full refund of what you paid for that session. Your choice.
If you are unwell. Please do not come in if you are sick or contagious. Tell us as early as you can and we will work with you on rescheduling.
Chargebacks. If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us first. We would much rather sort it out with you directly than through a card dispute.
6. Membership
Applying. Membership in the Bliss Boogie club is by application. We may decline an application, and we may end a membership, at our discretion — including for conduct reasons under section 8.
Tiers and prices. Current membership tiers, what each one includes, and their prices are shown on the membership page. Membership prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects your renewal.
Automatic renewal. Membership renews automatically at the end of each term — monthly or annual, depending on your tier — and the payment method on file is charged at the then-current price, until you cancel. Your term length, renewal date, and price are shown to you before you pay and confirmed in writing after you join. We will email you in advance of any price increase before it takes effect.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by emailing Blissboogieinfo@gmail.com, texting (912) 713-3879, or using the cancellation option in your account. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your membership stays active through the end of the term you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund the remainder of a current term, unless we ended your membership for a reason other than your conduct under section 8. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
What membership is. Membership gives you access to gatherings, education, and member spaces as described on the membership page. Specific events, dates, presenters, and venues change, and membership alone does not guarantee a place at any particular event. Membership is personal to you, and it cannot be shared, resold, or transferred.
7. Mentorship and training programs
Programs such as the mentorship container are sold as a defined program: a stated fee, a stated length, and a set number of sessions or meetings. Those details are on the program's page and in the enrollment agreement you receive before you pay.
Refunds and withdrawal. Because a place in a program is reserved for you and generally cannot be resold once the program begins, program fees are non-refundable after the program starts, except as your enrollment agreement says otherwise or as the law requires. If you withdraw partway through, or if we end your participation under section 8, the remaining fee stays due and no refund is owed for the part already delivered. If we cancel a program before it starts, you get a full refund.
Payment plans. Where a payment plan is offered, the total amount you will pay, the number of payments, the amount of each one, and their due dates are stated in full before you enroll.
Program materials. Course materials, recordings, workbooks, and frameworks are for your own personal use. Please do not record sessions, copy or share materials, resell them, or teach from them.
8. Consent, conduct, and our right to end things
Consent is the practice, not a formality. Our Code of Ethics applies in every Bliss Boogie space, in person and online:
Listen for a clear yes. A yes is a yes, and everything else is a no. A yes can shift to a maybe or a no at any time.
No is a complete sentence, and it does not need a reason. Do not take someone else's no personally.
Ask before touching anyone, including before a hug.
Stay grounded, be honest, and clean up your mistakes.
Lead and leave with love. Leave people feeling heard, seen, and honored.
Sober spaces. Bliss Boogie gatherings and events are sober. Please do not arrive intoxicated, and do not bring alcohol or drugs.
Your sessions. You can pause or stop any session at any moment, for any reason, without explaining yourself. Say stop and it stops. You are never expected to justify a boundary to us.
Our right to end a session, a membership, or your access. We may end a session, remove you from a gathering, cancel a membership, or block your access to this site immediately if you violate someone's consent or boundaries, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone, arrive intoxicated in a sober space, misrepresent your age, photograph or record people without permission, share another participant's private information, or behave in a way that makes the space unsafe. Where we end something for one of those reasons, fees already paid are not refunded, and we may decline to work with you again.
9. Confidentiality, and the limits of it
We treat who you are and what you share as confidential. We do not confirm to anyone that you are a client or a member. We do not publish client or member lists. We do not use your name, image, or story in marketing without your written permission.
For massage and bodywork, client records are created, kept, and protected as required of a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in North Carolina.
There are narrow limits, and you should know them before you share:
North Carolina law requires any person who suspects that a child is abused, neglected, or dependent to report it to the county department of social services. The same duty applies to anyone with reasonable cause to believe that a disabled adult is in need of protective services.
We may act, including by contacting someone who can help, if there is a credible risk of serious harm to you or to another person.
We will comply with a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal requirement.
We use service providers — a scheduling platform, a payment processor, an email platform — that necessarily handle some of your information in order to work. Our Privacy Policy names them and explains what each holds.
In group settings, what is shared in the room stays in the room, and we ask that of everyone. We cannot guarantee what other participants will do, so please share at a level you are comfortable with.
10. Photography and recording
Private sessions are not recorded. No photograph, audio, or video is made in a private session without the written agreement of everyone present, and that includes you recording us.
At gatherings and events, photography and filming take place, and by attending you may appear in images and recordings we use to describe our work. Event registration includes a photographic release covering this. If you do not want to be photographed, tell us when you arrive and we will note it with our team and pass it to whoever is photographing; please also say so directly if a camera comes your way.
Do not photograph or record other people in any Bliss Boogie space without asking them first. For many people in this community, appearing in the wrong photograph can cost them a job or a family relationship. Please treat it that seriously.
11. Health, risk, and release
Tell us what we need to know. You agree to tell us about health conditions, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, medications, allergies, and anything else that could affect a session, and to keep us updated if any of that changes. We rely on what you tell us. You are responsible for your own medical care and your own health and accident insurance.
What this work involves. This work engages the body and the nervous system. It can produce strong physical sensation and strong emotion — including grief, memory, arousal, disorientation, or discomfort — sometimes during a session and sometimes in the days afterward. Group settings and events include sexually explicit content and discussion. You take part of your own free will.
Assumption of risk. You understand that taking part in Bliss Boogie sessions, gatherings, and programs may involve activities carrying inherent risk, including physical injury, emotional distress, and the surfacing of difficult material. You expressly assume the risk of injury or harm arising from those activities.
Release. To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, you release and hold harmless Bliss Boogie Production, LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim or demand of any kind arising from your participation, including claims arising from ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, to willful or wanton conduct, or to anything else the law does not allow to be released, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the rules governing licensed massage and bodywork therapy in North Carolina.
Emergency care. If you need emergency medical attention while in our care, you consent to our calling for it, and you are responsible for the cost.
12. Your account
If you create an account on this site, keep your login details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has gotten into it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account under section 8.
13. Emails and text messages
If you give us your email address, we may use it to confirm bookings, send appointment reminders, answer your questions, and handle membership matters. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will also send you news and offers; every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not stop the messages we need to send you about a booking you have made.
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text you about your appointments and, if you have asked for them, about events and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Agreeing to marketing texts is not a condition of booking a session or buying anything.
We keep our email and texts discreet. We do not put explicit content, or the nature of your session, in a subject line, a preview, or a text.
14. Our content, and things you send us
Our content. The text, photographs, video, audio, course materials, and design on this site belong to Bliss Boogie or to the people we license them from. Please do not copy, republish, resell, or use them to teach without our written permission. We reserve our rights against automated collection of this site's content, including collection for training machine learning or generative AI systems.
The Bliss Boogie and Bliss Boogie Summit names and logos are ours.
Things you send us. If you send us a testimonial, review, photograph, or other content, you give us permission to use it in our materials, and you confirm that it is yours to give and that it does not identify anyone else without their agreement. Tell us at any time that you want it taken down and we will stop using it going forward, and remove it where we reasonably can.
Feedback. If you send us an idea or a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything for it.
15. Accessibility
We want this site and our spaces to work for you. If something on this site is hard to use, or you need an accommodation for a session or an event, email Blissboogieinfo@gmail.com or text (912) 713-3879 and we will work it out with you. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly what we can do. For questions about a particular building, parking, or restrooms, please ask before you book and we will confirm the specifics for that location.
16. Outside services and links
Scheduling, payments, email, chat, and analytics on this site run on third-party platforms. Those platforms have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we do not control them. Our Privacy Policy names the ones we use and explains what each handles.
This site links to other websites, including our event partner's ticketing site. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any site we link to.
17. Availability of the site, and disclaimer of warranties
We work to keep this site accurate, current, and available, and we cannot promise that it always will be. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, and we may change our services, our prices, and our schedule.
Everything on this site is general information. It is not advice for your particular situation, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is complete or accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Neither Bliss Boogie nor its members, managers, employees, contractors, or agents is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to these terms, this site, or our services — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to these terms, this site, or our services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars.
These limits apply whatever legal theory a claim is brought under. They do not apply to gross negligence, willful or wanton conduct, fraud, or any liability the law does not permit us to limit. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bliss Boogie and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of another person's rights in a Bliss Boogie space, or content you submit to us.
20. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failing to perform, or for delay in performing, because of something outside our reasonable control — including severe weather, fire, flood, power or internet failure, illness or injury, a venue becoming unavailable, an act of a public authority, a public health order, or civil disruption. Where that happens we will contact you and offer a rescheduled date or, where we cannot reasonably reschedule, a refund for what you paid and did not receive.
21. If we have a disagreement
Talk to us first. If you have a problem, please email Blissboogieinfo@gmail.com with your name, what happened, and what you would like us to do. We will respond, and we ask that you give us thirty days to resolve it before starting any formal proceeding. Most things get sorted out at this step.
Governing law and where disputes are heard. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This is the same venue as our event waiver.
Time limit. Any claim relating to these terms, this site, or our services must be brought within one year after it arises, except where the law requires a longer period.
22. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.
If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms to someone else. We may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business, and your rights are not reduced by it.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy shown to you at booking or enrollment, are the whole agreement between us about this site and our services, and they replace any earlier understanding on the same subject. Where a document you sign for a specific event or program conflicts with these terms, that document governs for that event or program.
Section headings are for convenience and do not affect meaning.
Sections 9, 11, 14, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 22 survive the end of your relationship with us.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top changes. If a change is significant we will say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site or book with us after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept a change to your membership terms, you may cancel under section 6.
