Before the 2026 Summit there were two festivals — the first weekend in the woods at Shakori Hills, and a full camping year at Lakeside Retreats. This page is the record: who taught, where, and what each year was.
The big camping year.
Four days on 75 acres, with everything included — sessions, music, camping, and the largest teaching roster the gathering has ever run. NA Atlanta put it plainly that spring: “Bliss Boogie Festival Returns to NC, Only Bigger.”

The first Bliss Boogie: a full camping festival on 75 acres of Central North Carolina woodland — a main stage, a vendor arena, and six tents, from a sanctuary space with counselors to a dance tent that ran into the night. Substance-free and 18+, from day one.
